Conditions of Agreement

Cee U Media agrees to furnish the above media host with one of the screens selected above for a duration of 48 months. We also agree to maintain the video screen and keep the contents updated with our video device. Cee U Media will update the video monitor during 48 months of continuous use. Anytime before 48 month expiration date all equipment will remain the property of Cee U Media and will be returned upon written request. Cee U Media will design, produce and program the advertising for the screen and ship and supply to the Media Host the screen and all necessary equipment for installation and operation at no cost to the Media Host. Cee U Media shall have exclusive authority to sell advertising to be placed on the other available screens

Media Host will receive Free Advertising on Five Separate Screens. Ads will be designed by Cee U Media and approved by Media Host. Media Host must supply all instructions for the five ads. Which includes, logo, ad content, color scheme, fonts, artwork and basic design
Media Host agrees to supply internet, password and power for the purpose of updating the screen. A hard wired connection is preferred but a good wireless connection will work.
Media Host will receive the monitor for their own personal use after 48 months of continuous use.
Media Host also agrees to maintain the video screen and in the event of damage or non-working will notify Cee U Media immediately.
Media Host agrees to not allow any competitive advertsing to be display at the above location for the duration of this agreement.
This agreement contains all the terms and may not be changed except in writing. Neither party will rely on verbal agreements, promises or changes. Final acceptance of this agreement will be made by Cee U Media Management. I have read, understood and accept the above conditions for the agreeded upon time frame of _______ months.
